Linux

Information

Tested with Lutris-GE-Proton 7-33.

Lutris

Add locally installed game with these settings:

  • In “Game info”, select “Wine” for “Runner”
  • In “Game options”, select the lavfilters prefix directory for “Wine prefix” and DeadEndAegis.exe or DEA_Gaiden.exe for “Executable”
  • In “Runner options”, select “Lutris-GE-Proton 7-33” for “Wine version”, disable “VKD3D”, enable “dgvoodoo2” and “DXVK”
  • In “System options”, set up Japanese locales, add 2 environment variables and their values: LC_ALL=ja_JP.utf8, d2d1=n,b

Save Data

Windows

Put the sysfile3.sav file into the following folders %userprofile%\Documents\metalogiq\DeadEndAegis\sav\ or %userprofile%\Documents\metalogiq\DEA_gaiden\sav\ depending on the game.

Linux / Steam Deck

Put the sysfile3.sav file into the following folders inside of your prefix drive_c/users/%User%/Documents/metalogiq/DeadEndAegis/sav/ or drive_c/users/%User%/Documents/metalogiq/DEA_gaiden/sav/ depending on the game.
